    Hi 1. In all browsers when you reopen closed tab you can navigate forward and backward through tab history. But it can't be done in current Maxthon for Mac 4.5.1 2. When are you planning to add gestures settings? I’d like to set a few (for new tab at least). 3. And yes, without plugins it’s hard to use it. I very miss for uBlock (adBlock), gmail checker, speed Dial 2 (current start page looks fine but useless). So, I’m still on 4.1.3.5000 4. Existing start page, speed dial. a) I’d like to have ability setup size of dials grid (5x5, 5x6 etc.). b) I’d like to have ability setup images for dials (image, screenshot of current site). c) I’d like to have settings to switch off search bar in start page. I’m usually using address bar for this. d) Why Ctrl+Click on dial doesn’t open new tab in background? As for me it’s standard of behavior for all browsers! It’s so inconvenient!!! Thank you for your work! Still your fun!

If you test the yahoo mail with earlier version of Maxthon using adblock,you will see that there is no adpanel at all. This gives you more space for the inbox. Please have a look at this add on made for FF: hide ad panel add on example There are 2 images that explain what I mean. I guess this was the rule for Maxthon adbock: ###theAd

    Update to the latest as Oliver linked to. Check your settings are correct. Settings > Address bar For adblock, make sure the filters are being loaded correctly. Can you give us a page to test with. It may be that it's just not working on that particular page. Image of the little window mentioned in the first post would be handy.

    Hello, I was able to hide Yahoo mail side bar (on the right) using adblock. Does anybody know how to hide that ad panel using ad block Plus?Regards..

    hi guys when i use this version of maxthon: http://www.maxthon.com/blog/maxthon-cloud-browser-v4-4-4-2000-with-adblock-plus-is-officially-released/ i cant use addblock+ it doesnt block a single add and i cant change the settings. if i use the version of the main page, i can use addblock but there is a little window that when you remove it it makes maxthon crash. after that i cant login anymore

    Ja mam bardzo podobną konfigurację jednak u mnie Maxthon działa szybko, myślę że ta konfiguracja chyba nie ma nic do rzeczy. Piszesz że u Ciebie Opera radzi sobie o wiele lepiej, u mnie zupełnie odwrotnie. W Operze strony wczytują się wolniej a pierwsze jej uruchomienie trwaaaa i trwaaaa... Z tego też powodu przesiadłem się kilka miesięcy temu na Maxthon'a bo do Opery nie miałem już siły. Dodam jeszcze że Adblock oraz Ad Muncher działają jednocześnie i na Maxthon'ie nie widzę żadnych spowolnień. Problem chyba musi tkwić gdzie indziej, ba tylko gdzie ?

    Windows 7-64bit; Adblock Plus does not work at all. selected "Easy List";Update Easy List;Run as Administrator; uncheck Allow some Ads;visit several websites with may Ads and Adblock blocked 0 ads.

    How have you deleted Snap? You have deleted a file in maxthon folder? Anyway, your version 4.4.3.1000 is not the last version. If you want staying with Ad Hunter the last is 4.4.3.4000, and if you want version with Adblock 4.4.4.2000.

    no problem here with above link, adblock blocked 2 ads and video played fine here in new zealand

    Prueba actualizando a la última versión,a mi me funciona bien con Adblock Plus activado y todo,si eso no funciona has una instalación limpia,antes respalda tus favoritos ect.

    Try adding Adblock Warning Removal List: https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/antiadblockfilters.txt (as previously mentioned) You can also report here: https://forums.lanik.us/ (incorrectly removed content) They're usually pretty quick when it comes to rectifying anti-adblock annoyances. Anti-adblock scripts actually rely on the script being blocked to trigger the warning. They name the script something they know will be blocked like "***advert.js". Therefore the fix is creating a rule to allow the script (and only the script) to run. Adhunter also occasionally triggered these warnings, but since it blocked a lot less by default, it happened a lot less. Also, if it's a popular site, there's a good chance it's already been fixed if you force an update.

    That is not an ad it's just the website displaying an image and some text to (forcefully) request you to not use adblock on their website. I advice you to whitelist the website in the AdblockPlus options (or put it in the trusted site tab, not sure how it's called in the English version). Either that or switch to a different website or download torrents instead of using streams of video hosting websites. If you need any help just PM me.

    I have mentioned uBlock before on the non-public forum and I see someone has made a thread about it on the public one. I am personally not a fan of AdBlock Plus as I understand how it works; it applies its own stylesheets based on what rules are hit by the page. This increases RAM usage and slows down page loading. It's obvious we're never listened to, that's why Maxthon 4.x exists.

    I guess I was correct in the first place. When AdBlock Plus is not enabled, the double refreshing no longer occurs on your homepage. If ABP is enabled, your homepage will get the annoying double load. That is whether you have your homepage filtered or not. Also, websites that I filtered with AdHunter no longer work correctly with ABP with those same filters. This version seems to have a lot of bugs.

    I have a filter set for my homepage. When I start maxthon 4.4.4.2000, why is this filtered hompage refreshing again after it loads completely. I also notice the the Adblock plus takes a few secs to load. When I launch MX 4.4.4.2000, the Adblock plus shows an off status then after a few seconds, enables itself. Is this why my homepage is refreshing itself again?? My fiilters where working wonderfully before maxthon intergrated AdBlock. is there a way to disable AdBlock and go back to AdHunter? Thanks.
