Probably the problem arose due to the blocking in Russia of a number of IP addresses due to the messenger messaging (https://www.bbc.com/russian/news-43790240). If you connect through a proxy server in another country, then the connection to the server is working. This situation is for all of the people in Russia who use this browser.
