UU mail not loading

i was trying to access my uu mail to day but it would not come up when i'm no the tab, not even after waited for half an hour.It just shows me the loading animation. Am i doing something wrong? (Image of one frame of animation below)

Thanks for your feedback. Could you tell me which version are you using? and does the problem still exist? Look like a network issue.

Same problém here on mx5.0.2.1000

UPDATE: "Fix it" option in uninstall fixed this problem.

So you encountered the same problem as OP?

But I cannot find the "Fix it" option during uninstall process. Could you tell me where is it? A screenshot is highly appreciated!

So you reinstall Maxthon and the problem been fixed now?

When running Maxthon uninstall there is an option to "Fix It" instead of uninstalling.

Edit: There is no Mx5 uninstall.exe but only Mx3uninstall???? Albeit, it does uninstall Mx5....

MX5 still has references to Maxthon 3. Maxthon 4 was the same.
