Hi,

Thanks for your question.

So sorry to tell you this may not going to happen.

Our forum will be full of junk email and ads if there is anonymous surfing.

Also, an account would record all your thread and personal information which you can check it easily.

I hope this would help you. Feel free to contact us if any problems persists.

Many thanks.

Hi,

do I have the possibility for anonymous surfing in maxthon?

Hoping for an answer.

With regards!

If you mean private surfing:

1. Open main menu of the Maxthon

2. Click to New window > Private

Hi,

YES, thats it !

Just tried the PRIVATE-mode.

And is tis procedure save like the sandboxie-proc?

Thankx and regards : Martin

Ps: Just found an article  (http://www.pcmag.com/) ;:

For privacy, like all the other browsers Maxthon offers a Private Browsing mode, accessible from the main menu. Any history or downloaded files from surfing done in a private session won't be saved. Like all other browsers, Maxthon implements the Do Not Track standard, and it has this protection turned on by default. Another unique feature is the ability to lock the browser, so others can't use it till you log in again.

I think you're expecting too much. Private mode just doesn't save any data like history, address bar, cache, cookies etc. Everything from that session is deleted once the browser is closed. Might be a little more too it, but that's it in a nutshell. Sandboxie is much more complex, basically creating it's own virtual memory space that only it runs in.
