Tried here without logging in and I get the same on MX and Chrome. No subtitle downloads fine but any subtitled versions gets a "file not found" error.

Can show the JS errors. I can't see any on my side, but i'm not logged in, which may be the difference.

Hi,

Sorry for your inconvience. It works fine on our side. Maybe you can try by not logging in. Would you please provide us more infomation? A screenshot would be help if it is possible.

You didn't select English as the subtitle option. No subtitle was always working to my knowledge and all my tests. But see below...

I just tried the video and it the download pop up appears without any error.

Looks like it's been fixed since this was posted. All links now work with subs, except for Korean (at least for me).

Hi 7twenty,

Really sorry for that.It is screenshot from our tester. It is Chinese. I will bring you an English version of it next time. Sorry for ignoreing it.

No need. The image clearly shows that the No Subtitle version was selected for download, as does the filename in the downloader dialog.

Marking this as resolved as the issue doesn't seem to occur any longer.
