I think it’s easier if the translator could keep all updates in one post. You can just update the post and edit the title.

Hi,

In my account page, assets tab shows me, my golds will be expired on 2024-04-01. What is happening, why my golds will be expired? Please fix expiration situation. I do not want to lose them. I spent many hours to collect as a score with browser in many years and then converted to golds.

If so why we bother to collect these? If so please give me some produts to spend the golds.

Hi ßouЯock™, this expiration date applies to all users. It is stated in the rules that Golds obtained in current year will expire on 31st March of the following year. You may use your Golds to renew your membership subscription so it doesn't get deducted by 1st April.

Why need to expire? What happened if they stay? Can't you exclude translators from this rule?

Hi ßouЯock™, this is similar to any point system for store membership and they all have a validity period. This is applicable to all users and it includes staff as well. So you might want to renew your membership where you could use all the new features launched.

I'm sorry to hear these. What a pitty. All efforts and trouble will be in vain. I will not use any maxthon subscription after 2024-04-01. Good luck to Maxthon.

so yeah, im a Member Valid until 2028-02-15
and what other services are available for gold?

other than 

Automatic Check-in on New Tab Page = that makes the gold

Special Member Identification = that we care and appreciate

Video Download Privileges = not for gold...

Priority Access to New Features = so what was the last feature that we got in advance?

Exclusive Member Feature: Super Bookmarks = that is no longar available online, same as note.

Stay Tuned = didn't say to what

Hi pentiumvsamd, you may choose to renew and extend your membership with your gold so it doesn't written off by 1st April. The team is still planning and working on the features for future addition.

Hi, I’m having a serious issue with my Maxthon membership. Twice now, I’ve activated it by paying 2980 Gold, only to have it disappear the next day, along with my status and Gold. This happened on June 29, 2024, and again today, November 30, 2024. Please look into this and restore my membership and lost Gold. Thank you!
