They could have at least made it optional as in MX3 and 4.

Don't seem to be able to have this extension and your Last Session extension installed at same time!! Both work perfectly when on their own.

Works for me. You need to force the use of Flash.

There's no Script editor. You can't block images (unless there's a Tampermonkey Script?). Stylish extension will customise your web sites http://extension.maxthon.cn/detail/index.php?view_id=1711

This is happening on all versions of Maxthon at the moment. I don't know what the problem is caused by. Changing UA or encoding doesn't solve the problem nor does changing to Retro mode. Perhaps it's the Chrome/ Webkit/Blink core :- they're simply to old now?

I have added UAs for MX 5 and altered the format slightly (by MX series not stable and beta). Hope this helps people.

Jrel you aren't doing anything wrong. It's a bug. It's been reported by Secret HQ and myself more than once. The best I can tell you is clear your cache, history etc close Maxthon, reopen Maxthon thenopen Favorites Manager from the right hand menu. It will take some time to populate (it always does the first time in a session). Subsequent openings are practically instantaneous. Use the same method for the Side Bar Favorites Starbutton. It takes time to populate the first time it's used in a session.
