MX Video Full Screen Issue

17 posts in this topic

When I make videos in full screen, gaps occur at the bottom and disturbing watching.

I am currently using version 5.3.8.2000, which has not been resolved since last year.

review the picture in full screen.

When watching some videos, the lower parts also produce worse gaps.

Examine carefully

Can we have a remote via UltraViewer? If you are not available please let me know your screen information and provide a video about this issue. I will forward them to the engineers for analysis.
