can't upload anything from Maxthon mobile products

I can't attach anything by Maxthon mobile products 

I can upload everything by other browsers 

I make an video clip about it to more details 

I could upload it by everything except Maxthon for mobile

i upload this video under chrome on sendvid. com not on Maxthon server?!!!!

weather for Iran by Maxthon 5.0 is not detected at all, in fact Maxthon weather can not detect my location at all and show wrong locations weather
