I8U69
I dont use the IE11 that came ''factory'' with the Windows 8.1 laptop I have, but Maxthon uses IE's proxy server ..... but these pop-ups that say ''high CPU usage / Maxthon cloud browser'' from my webpage are happening way too much! all my devices are updated and it's not the flash player what could it be? (I'll try anything to reduce high CPU even if it means removing internet explorer) ... what should I do? (OS): windows 8.1 (64 bit) w/o the new Windows 10 (didn't like it) thx in advance ... No.1MaxthonFan
Try unchecking the "Use IE Proxy" and see if that helps. Windows 10 64-bit build 10525/Windows 10 Mobile build 10512

-ody-
I have some questions : Which maxthon version ? and how old/powerful is your laptop ? how many pages are open when this happens (ie lots of running videos at the same time ? games ?) did you try another browser and do you encounter the same issue ?
