On default user agent (Chrome109), Maxnote works fine but my banking site flags it as an outdated brower and refuses to log me in. On updated user agent (Chrome127), Maxnote breaks (just a blank black page) but my banking site now allows me in.

Ha! Found the culprit! The Smart Address Bar was always toggled on but upon your suggestion, I took a look anyways and played trial-and-error with the sub-settings not really expecting anything to happen. So this is how it looks: And the culprit causing all my problems: Now all 4 sub-options are on just to play safe. But why was the option off in the 1st place? I search from the main address bar a lot and I only noticed this issue from the last version (v7.2.2.3000). Thing is, I almost never go into settings to mess with them. I wished I saw your post before I wiped everything off and did a clean install. Now I gotta tweak everything back to my liking again. But boy am I glad the issue is solved. It's been driving me crazy.

Getting locked out of sites by looping cloudflare verification after clearing cookies/data. Ironically cleared verification almost immediately using other browsers. Maxthon is really getting from bad to worse. Mind you, I've been using it all the way since Maxthon5 over 12-13 years ago and have shrugged off and put off all the issues that came before but these recent few releases really takes the cake in terms of unusability. The dev team should really sit down and decide where to go from here. If it's decided to shut down, then so be it. But stop pushing out broken products with every version and frustrating your loyal users.

For some reason it doesn't work on mine. Inputing and hitting enter on the Quick Access page google search bar works though. It just doesn't work on the main address bar on the browser. I cleared all browser cookies, restarted browser etc, but still no joy. Also, there used to be an arrow icon at the end of the address bar that works like an <Enter> key when you click it with the mouse. Even that has disappeared as well, so idk what is going on.

Sorry, the browser address bar, not the google search bar.

Typing something into the URL bar and hitting <Enter> does not initiate a search.

Works initially, but after leaving the browser open and unattended for a while and coming back, QA just defaults to a white page when opening a new tab.
