Can't stop audio from playing in uknown tab

So, a while ago I posted a question here asking how to find/stop a tab that constantly plays audio.   This stopped at one point, but has 

now resumed, with one tab playing nothing but BBC 4.   I have searched as much as possible through my various bookmarks and tabs

and still have this issue.   Can anyone assist with this?

UPDATE:   I am still having this issue.   When opening a folder of tabs on the main home page, I instantly 

hear audio from one of the tabs within.  Wondering if anyone else has noticed this problem?  Thanks...
