klear6
I have forgotten or never knew how to change what page opens when I create a new tab. Can someone please tell me?

klear6
Can't see new tab position & action part. Says browser is fully up to date. Am I missing an advanced settings option or something? I only see :

klear6
Ok sorry, I didn't read the headers, my bad. But when I click on the new tab button it doesn't take me to the homepage I have set, it takes me to the default maxthon "my favorites" page. Am I just not understanding something? As for an answer, you can't. New tab always opens QA in MX5. As a workaround, you can set your default "new page" in the homepage options. Then to open your new page use the homepage shortcut to open that page (default is alt+home, but you can change that). You can also edit the MxBrowser.dll file and change it, e.g. https://www.google.com or another. I've described it in this thread "Maxthon with no quick access hack".
