I want to know, what's todo for more (the best) security and privacy 

when using Maxthon ?

Nothing.
You can use proxy (Menu → Settings → Proxy), but only if you don't use plugins (Menu → Settings → Advanced → turn off Allow all sites to run plugins), because Flash and other will show your IP anyway. And only if you trust this proxy service.
And look on the version of WebKit. Are you sure that you want to know more about security?
P.S. All what you can do to force MX to work better is turn off Popup Blocker (Menu → Settings → Web content). This is the source of many problems. For example, drop of some settings to default.
