Golfmann
HOW COME...... Firefox has a newer version (and BETTER) of Adblock than here? After all, as far as I know, MAXTHON was the first to give them a boost having it built into their browser. I know the firefox is an addon but it seems faster and has options not available here. what's up with that?

I think they develop that version first, and all the others then work off that. Maxthon may be the first browser to integrate it, but when their marketshare is a tiny portion of what the others are they really have no need to offer more input. I'd imagine the boost they get would be insignificant compared to that of Chrome or FF. Not sure how exactly the ABP extension works in MX, but if it's not a true extension, then it's probably harder to update as well. Another reason why it seems to be left behind. It's caused by Maxthon's API limitations. We can only hope that this will change when Mx 5 finally appears.
