Bookmarks Bar Default Folder

When I first set up MX7 it asked for default folder to use for bookmarks bar.

I just opened my browser and the bookmarks bar is showing the root directory.

Is there a way to select a subfolder to show as the bookmarks bar?

I had this set up previously and cannot figure out how to get it back
