OoM error - need to file bug report

I am getting an OoM error with recent builds of MacOSX.  I would like to file a bug report.  Please advise on where to file such a report.

This is resolved with the latest 4.5 release.  The download link on the website actually installed 4.1 not 4.5, so I used the AppStore instead and got the new 4.5.
