1. Use SEARCH first
Many of the questions in the forums have been posted several times before. So, considering checking to see if anyone else has asked a similar question before you post one might solve the problem more efficient. You can easily use the search box on the right corner of the forum.
2. No Spam / Advertising / Self-promote in the forums
Maxthon Community Forum is all about members helping and sharing with others. The account sent spam will be banned permanently and the posts will be deleted. We define spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other web sites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content. Do not spam the forums with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business etc.
3. Stay relevant
In order to keep the discussions in the forum on the right track, please don’t post any topics/replies containing the following:
- Software piracy, hacking, illegal material;
- Politics, religion, racism, sex or any other offensive content;
- Private information;
- Copyright-infringing material.
4. Create threads on the proper board
If you need help, make a new thread in the appropriate board then the whole community can help and benefit. Please refrain from posting the same question on several boards.
5. Remain respectful of others
In order to keep the forum atmosphere positive and productive, please respect other members in the community and don’t belittle, make fun off, or insult others.
Users that do not abide by the rules may be subject to having their posts edited or deleted, their member account permanently banned from further access and/or deleted without notice.
