[Maxthon shows weird characters in menus (unknown to me)]

I bet this is Herbew (Israel), in the language selection it's "(he-il)אנגלית" and the translat ...

Oh thanks! It was. But in the bottom it had English selected. Oh well, at least I can read now! Don't know how it changed, but all is good. Thanks again.

[Maxthon shows weird characters in menus (unknown to me)]

In the menus (and sometimes tab titles) the following characters show up, and I really don't know what they are or recognize them.

It shows up just about everywhere. Is it an encoding issue?
