If there were only a few items I would gladly flag the offending posts. But there is so much and it keeps growing that surely the forum admin has a way to remove it that is efficient.
Any account that posts spam should be deleted immediately. Generally, forums full of spam give off strong "abandonware" vibes because it suggests that the developers just don't care.
