When snapping screen, tool property dialog will block tool bar dialog

It is a very annoying bug. I drag tool bar around trying to avoid this but the tool property dialog move along with the tool bar, there's no way to avoid it.[upl-image-preview uuid=66ef2b33-3406-49fa-825e-97caf7e0a703 ![!](

7.3.1.7200, Besides this, under 4K resolution, the maximum text font size, which is 30, is too small to see. You should ask developinb team to test function under 4k resoultion, there could be many problems. Not saying that I already set zoom rate to 300%.

I’m seeing the same issue on my end, too. I’m using version 7.1.8.6000. The property dialog keeps overlapping the toolbar no matter where I move it.

I tried. No help. It's a design and not full-tested problem actually. About the font-size-too-small problem, please see attached image, the leftside red text is font size 300. You can see how small it is.

The font size should be 30 (it's a typo, and 30 is allowed max font size I can choose). I dont' know why I don't have permission to edit my own post, so I can only reply it.

That does sound frustrating. It seems like the tool property dialog is locked to the toolbar movement. You might try resetting the workspace or checking for layout settings that allow independent movement. If that doesn’t help, reporting it as a UI bug might speed up a fix in future updates.

This bug is still present in the latest version. The snapping dialog is frustrating because it can't be moved independently of the toolbar it's attached to.
