It seems you really haven't this problem. Strange. A tried different themes, and the line were everywhere.

What is "safe mode" you talking about?

In Russian, it looks just creepy, because the anatomy of fonts in Latin and Cyrillic is very different. Below is a comparison of versions 7.2 and 7.3 in Latin. In Cyrillic, these menus are much larger!!

I don't have too much extensions (only five). And yes, I tried Maxthon Safe Mode.

The portable version works when logged in as a Guest. I can restart Maxthon, and Google remains logged in. If I log in with my account and disable ALL extensions, it still asks me to log in every restart. If I restart in safe mode, log in with my account, and then restart again in safe mode, it remains logged in. If I restart from safe mode with my account to normal mode with my account (without any extensions enabled), it asks me to log in.

Something is very fishy here.

 

EDIT: I used a clean portable version to test and during the test was the first time I logged in with my account.

Anti-Aliasing of the font (ClearType) doesn't seem to work in Maxthon.. Anyone noticing this?  (Or did I change something unexpectitly?)

This is a Maxthon and Chrome comparison.. Everything is squicky sharp in Maxthon and that is not expected. Both Chrome and Edge do use ClearType on text.

Hi projektilski, could you try clearing cache and see if it works when you logged in? Else perhaps you could change the name for user data folder and try logging in again.

What cache? I used the CLEAN (EMPTY) portable version. Guest account works, but when I  log in to Maxthon with my account on that CLEAN portable version, after a restart, Google accounts are logged out.

I have the same behavior on multiple PCs.

Hi projektilski, then could you try the method of renaming your user data folder and try to login again?

There is information in the old post I sent. There is no error message. But when there is DRM encryption in the videos, it does not show the video. These issues have been addressed in the forum before and as far as I understand, the problems have been solved. What changed that I cannot watch the videos that I used to watch and you have not been able to fix this for a long time. What exactly is the problem? Can you explain it to me?

Hi Erdal BULUT, this is quite a tricky issue since it is linked to widevine licensing. The team is still in discussion and see how they could resolve this which may take awhile for them to come up with alternative. Hope to seek your understanding on this.

You said that you hope to seek your understanding on this matter, but it saddens me that there has been no progress in the meantime. This issue should have been resolved by now. There was a problem with this issue in the forum and it was solved, why can't it be solved now? I can watch my videos from Chrome. Since we are using Chrome infrastructure, why can't we solve the problem? I expect a logical explanation from you.

Hi Erdal BULUT, chrome belongs to google and google is the one issuing widevine certificate. Using chrome infrastructure does not mean we will be able to utilize all the features google provides. The team is currently exploring other alternatives and see if it could be implemented.
