MIK0
Hi, I have been using Maxthon since the MyIE days. While it has many recurrent flaws I like its usability which I cannot find on other brower. I hope this post won't be removed again without a reason. Currently I'm having issue with the later version of Maxthon. Namely performance issues and restored tab in the wrong order. May I know which version are you currently using? Quote Link to comment
MIK0
Hi, sure. Right now I'm using 7.3.1.1400. I was using betas until x, then two issues came up: - restored tabs with ctrl-shift-t got reverted - performance dropped For restored tabs I actually have to restore them, close them again and restore another time to have them in the correct order. For performance drop I mean that now when closing a tab the top bar became blank for a couple of seconds so it's not enough responsive. In general browsing is less smooth. It seems that going back to even the last stable build (7.2.2.6000) doesn't fix the problem. Also the last stable build is not up to date with chromium and some sites don't work as intended. So I'm trying with intermediate beta builds but it's not going back to work properly. I'm starting to think it's not only related to the new builds but have also something to do with configuration or files not being replaced, otherwise going back should have fixed it. Hi MIK0, kindly try with the latest 7.3.1.2000 version. Quote Link to comment

Sluggish as hell and tabs are still reverted when restored. Also, it take a long time to restore them, it was almost instant before. But I wouldn't expect it to be fixed, it is not reported in the changelog. I wouldn't have used the new betas but there's a reported bug that autoupdates the browser even if you uncheck the update beta version options. So I had to disable updates entirely. Hi MIK0, kindly disable all extensions and try again. Quote Link to comment
