Impossible to delete permanently a file or folder from the "Trash"

In MX 7.2.2.2600, I have only two accounts (my personal account with password and guest one without password) because I do not want everyone to have his or her own account in my computer. So the guest account is opened to everybody that is using Maxthon in my computer. Now I encounter the following problem in MaxNote of the Local guest account. When I try to delete a file or folder, which is in the "Trash" folder, I receive a message saying I can not delete because this account is not synchronized (see images). This happens only when I try to delete in the Trash but not from others folders. Is there a way to solve this problem, or maybe I can delete it manually if someone can tell me where the MaxNote's file or folder are stored in my computer.

Hi Jus2021, please try with the latest 7.2.2.2600 beta version

You do realize that the OPs version of browser they are having issues with is the one you recommended, right?

Hi judgedredd007, yes I do and there will be a push update from the backend for this version today. Which is why it is recommended for user to reinstall and try again.

I am sorry for not telling you that I am using the portable version for a long time so that I can keep some datas backups in case that I encounter some problems. I saw that there is a new version 7.2.2.2601 beta. Let me try it.

I have tried version 7.1.8.9001 portable, it was worse. It did not solve my problem and when I tried to create a new note, it just shut down itself. So I return to version 7.1.8.9001. Now everything is working well again. I hope that this issue will be fixed one day.

I have tried others versions up to MX 7.2.2.3001. My problem is not solved. I returned to 7.1.8.9001 portable.

I hope that one day developers will fix it.

My problem with MaxNote is still the same in version 7.2.2.3200 with the portable version. It is even bad. I can create new folder or files. I can delete permanently from the trash without logging in a session, but the session is without passport. I say it again that forcing people to have several accounts is not good. Local account is enough others users of my computer. The account with passport is only for me.

The question is why you people want everyone to have an account?
