How Do You Disable the Adblocker in Maxthon?

You used to be able to disable Maxthon's adblocker/pop-up blocker relatively easily but now I can no longer find it to disable it.  Please note there is no adblocker/pop-up blocker extension installed in my Maxthon browser. Yet, nearly every website I visit, I get some pop-up saying I need to disable my adblocker in order to continue accessing the website.  This obviously is very aggravating so I frequently copy the link that Maxthon is blocking me from accessing and paste it into Brave browser when I encounter this.  In Brave, I simply toggle the Shields are Up switch to turn off pop-blocking in Brave.  Since this is happening more and more in Maxthon, rendering it almost unusable at times, I wanted to reach out to the Maxthon community to see if there was a way to stop this from happening before I switch over full time to Brave browser (which I do not want to do).

Hi DaveyDean, you should be able to disable the extension in settings.

Thanks I have already tried this but I have no adblocker extension to disable.  See below list of my extensions.  Yet I still get the pop-ups that I turn off my adblocker to view the webpage/website.

Hi DaveyDean, seems like your Malwarebytes browser guard extension block out ads as well. You might want to disable it and try again.
