VBox Contact information? (Wallet top-up failed but purchase went through)

I purchased a small amount of VPoint using VBox to try it out and the Paypal purchase went through, but I haven't received any VPoints in the wallet.

I have contacted Maxthon through https://www.maxthon.com/mx/bug/post/ but I don't know if that's the right course of action since there's pretty much nil information about VBox and VPoint, and can't be selected as a category on that page - I don't know if it's directly related to Maxthon or not. The Paypal purchase went to a company that I can't find any information about on Google, and the support domain provided on the Paypal receipt leads to a unexisting domain name https://www.gotname.me/ .

I'd like to know if there's any contact information known about VBox stuff (or if Maxthon handles this directly) specifically to contact them about what could be an otherwise urgent issue; as to not call it fraudulent.
