Browswer is preventing my PC from turning off the display

This hasn't happened before until I resintalled a new PC.

See the results in command prompt below, it's saying my Maxthon is playing a video (which I'm not), and is the "reason" why my display don't automatically turn off.  Of course if I close the browser then my PC is back to normal.  I'm looking for answers on what's causing this.  Thanks.
