All QR Code Links Broken

As per title, whether it is scanning a QR code generated from the desktop browser or using the built-in scanner on the mobile browser.

It just redirects to a "404" page.

Please fix.

Hi there, do you mean this QR code? I tried to scan it via Maxthon browser for Android, it could be opened.

The problem manifests itself when generating using the QR code button in the address bar
