magic fill not working

I get empty fields, right click fill form does not work

magic field is enabled :

 

I tried to manually check if the credentials are still stored in pass keeper, there's no way to enter passkeeper : enter button  is unresponsive

 

closing and reopening maxthon fixed the issue
