Annoyinh quick access drag-n-drop

When I set a new url on a new quick-access block and I try to drag that into some other quick-access group block. It's quite easy to slip-away instead merged into the group block. Would you please add a right-click menu so cut-and-then-past using right-click menu is possible. If better, let users can select mutiple quick-access blocks.
