Magdalene
Quote EVEN Beta V 5.1.0.1700 is still crashing from the download, too many crashes...., I had to revert back to v5.0.4.3000 Same here. Completely Clean install. Ultra mode is constantly refreshing, crashing or showing "Can't connect" messages. Tabs start reloading when you switch tabs. Retro mode works fine however. DeleteThisAccount-Please
I found in the last version and this one too, if you set the UserAgent string to Maxthon, everything works well most of the time. Turning off UA causes a lot of issues

I have seen several use that term but it doesn't tell us just what you did. To me, to revert back would mean re-installing an older version. Is that what you did or did you still have a working installation of 5.0.4.3000 that you simply went and used again? Just curious how folks are installing these latest 5.1.x betas that have a different core than the 5.0.x versions.

Sorry, You are talking from non testing background, You have no experience in UAT...by installing clean does not make your present a Non Crash Stable Version. OK. Give me a job as Tester, I will show you.....All your beta versions are jumping even after so called clean installation. Please it is your Onus to find out when users/customers/whatever give you the feedback instead of trying to Silence them.....You must Show me, because still your latest version is crashing and annoying, we are losing so much data.... I don't think Rick is trying to silence you, only coax a little more info from you. Perhaps explain how you do a clean installation with details about how you uninstalled and whether or not you kept personal data, Windows version, etc. Why is it we have been using M5.1, mostly without issue for months where as you haven't been able to use even 1 version? Maybe we are doing something wrong while installing to get such good results. And yet, we have all had the same issue as you when we didn't do a clean install. I can Uninstall the previous version but I cannot clean all my saved data succh as bookmarks, passwords etc...can you not develop without doing that please? Earlier it was not their to clear clean all the stuff? Why should we lose all the hard work of saving our data and now cleaning it for core problems?
