Sergey_K Posted June 14, 2017 Author Report Share Posted June 14, 2017 The reason in the extension "YoutubeCenter"( https://github.com/YePpHa/YouTubeCenter/wiki ), when you disable this extension, Youtube.com(Test new features) works without problems.
