Does this problem happen everytime you click history in setting? What is your computer operating ssytem? win7 or win10 or others? Look forward to your reply. Are you referring to online history? Here is an image of History from the main menu going back to Sept(I have no idea why it starts then but it looks like history is being kept for one month).
