Corrupted FTP inks in Quick Access (new) in 5.0.1.1700 portable

I was trying to edit a QA tile in 5.0.1.1700 with a link of tthe dorm "ftp://23.xx.xx.xxx".  But when saved it is corrupted to "http://ftp://23.xx.xx.xxx" and obviously does not work.  The link works fine when entered in the address bar.  I also have file:///C:/ link which does not get corrupted.

I had to re-import user data from Mx 4.4.8.2000 and then move the imported tile to the desired location.  The imported link remains functional - just cannot eedit these kind of links.

I hope this gets fixed when opens again for busyness next week.  Better yet revert to the MX4 QA as requested in other threads.

I confirm, it is a bug, but it can be bypassed. Use some site to shorten links, example http://tiny.pl/gw4mw = ftp://xx.47.12.xx

Hi SnowLeopard, I also confirmed it on my PC. Will let our QA manager know about it and arrange our developer to fix it.
