Hello!

I have a trouble — I can't unbind social media from my browser! So, how to unbind my existing facebook account from my existing maxthon account?

Of course I have tried to do so, but it seems to be impossible. After clicking the "OK" button nothing happens.

What should I do in a way to accomplishing of my desire?

Hi dear, could you help to explain to me what does this mean? "deleting Maxthon's stuff in the list of facebook's application"

What browser version are you using? And what's your computer system?

Our testers have tried to connect and disconnect FB account to Maxthon, all work fine.

So could you also record a short video of what happens next after "clicking OK"? That would be more explicit for us to identify the problem.

Hi 19oberemko,

Sorry for the late reply.

Strange that we cannot reproduce your problem here. Could you tell me your Maxthon account? So that I can let our operation staff have a try to see if it's possible to operate through our side.

It was hidden so that your email address was not showing.  But as Magg said, only us moderators and admins can see it and someone will get back to you soon.
