OP meant that there is no way to add this URL to the QA. You can add, but you must enter http://127.0.0.1 It's the same as localhost or loopback if it is declared in the host file (in Windows by default is it). I know it's the same ! But still - it's a bug. Other browsers with Speed Dials don't have any problems with this particular URL. Screenshots from Opera and Firefox for comparision.
