Brett Posted April 6, 2016 Report Share Posted April 6, 2016 Hello, I first installed Maxthon last night and went through all of the steps successfully, creating and verifying my account, getting the iOS app, customizing many options, etc. I run into an issue, however, when I attempt to connect my phone to my account. I go to the connect phone page, login, and type in my number. It'll start counting down from 60 seconds, but no messages, regardless of how many times I've tried. Last night I got to the point where it said "too many verification attempts, try again in 1 day" ... Well it's the next day and I am still not receiving any type of code or text. Is this common? I'm located in the USA and have a normal number [+1 (xxx)-xxx-xxxx]. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BugMiss006 Posted April 6, 2016 Report Share Posted April 6, 2016 where you do those operations of connect your phone in? in ios system (in app on your mobile device)? or in Windows system (on your PC device)? At present, the function of connect phone in account is not avaliable in ios version. You can go to http://my.maxthon.com/login.html on PC, log in your account and connect phone in your account.
