I can replicate the same when that is enabled, but that wouldn't be a bug. The video will display fullscreen and the taskbar overlays as it should.

It has actually fixed. right click your task bar - properties - check the "auto-hide the task bar" is enabled or not.

V4.4.8.2000 is working properly, the taskbar is hidden in fullscreen mode.
