Hello,

 

For me, Youtube Gaming does not work. It only shows a dark grey background and nothing more.

You have here the html code of the page + a screenshot with what I see.

 

Please help me with that!

It works well on Avant (all engines, including the 2 IE engines), Vivaldi, Torch and K-meleon, as well as the latest chrome and IE 11

 

Avant, Vivaldi, Torch are all based on Chromium, and because of that are generally up to date with the most recent version.

 

K-Meleon uses Gecko which doesn't have the problem. IE is trident. None of those are related to what Maxthon uses.

 

Unless Google stops being so forceful about what versions it allows on it's sites, the only option MX has of fixing it is using a more recent core. And even then depending on how Google decide to block this it may only work for some time.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Youtube gaming problem has been confirmed.

It will be fixed in the new core update.

As a workaround, please switch to Retro browsing mode. It seems to be working.

I would use the Retro Mode, but every time I use it on a site, my password gets shared with Interenet Explorer. And I guess I don't need to tell how big of a security problem that is.

Yes, Maxthon dev's know about this issue.

For now YG doesn't works with current Maxthons Blink engine.

But Yotube Gaming works just fine in Retro Mode- so you can switch from Ultra to Retro mode.

FYI just wait for an updated MX core- then YG will be works without problems even in Ultra Mode :wink: (check screenshot)

There is a version available now that works fine on Yahoo Games but you have to be a member of the early access insider group. I don't see any why you wouldn't be considered. I'm sure you would be valuable asset.
