Unless you're talking about something else completely, you can already access your files directly from the browser.

Try External Tools under the Quick Tools menu.  See here:

As you'll see the External Tools window lets you add tools of your choice from your computer.  It contains a basic set already.

I'm not really sure of the reasoning behind this request. Windows Explorer is a quick click away on any system. Adding the same to the browser doesn't really offer any benefit to Maxthon and just duplicates a system feature.

 

If for whatever reason you can't access Explorer directly then the SnowLeopard post explains a good workaround.
