Amazon "Require you allow cookies"

Long time user of Amazon however, when I attempt to buy something I just started getting the message, "Require that your browser allows cookies. Turn on cookies on your browser."

 

This could be because I just updated to Windows 10.

 

How do i turn on/allow cookies with Maxthon?

At what stage is it giving the error? I added items to my cart and went right up to payment with no errors.

 

And my thirdparty cookie settings are set to Forbid.

The message appears as I press the checkout button.

 

It started happening after I updated to Windows 10. I'm having to use FF or SlimBrowser for Amazon shpping.

Not sure what happened/changed but my recent Amazon Prime purchase didn't trigger the message.
