Perplexer
I configured a mouse gesture combination "Hold Right Button then Left Click" and set it to "Close Current Tab". When I use it, I experience a bug in Maxthon 4.4.1.5000. This is how you can replicate the bug: 1. open two TABs with pages loaded in them 2. close one of the TABs with the mouse gesture "Hold Right Button then Left Click" combination 3. when the TAB closes, try to click on some link in the other remaining tab. You will see that the 1st click does not register. You have to click twice.
7twenty
Works fine here. Tab closes, any link clicked works on first click. Also update to the latest version 4.4.2.2000
Perplexer
You are probably not doing it exactly like I described it. I have just installed 4.4.2.2000 and the problem is still there. I have this issue on 3 different PCs (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008). After you close one of the TABs with "Hold Right Button then Left Click" mouse gesture (not with a click on the 'X'), the first left mouse button click anywhere in Maxthon will not register. All later clicks will register OK again. So immediately after closing the TAB, left-click on a link in the remaining TAB and you will see it won't work.
