For your case, which is history, you can't recover it, since no backup is made. The most you can do is hope it didn't sync the filled history in the cloud with the blank corrupted data, so that if you delete the files in the %appdata%\Maxthon3\\History\*, it'll start anew, and then sync whatever data DID sync...if not, then it's from scratch, I'm sorry...
