In my version there is no shortcut setup, but if I add one, then I get a message "you need to be using a passport account" (I don't use one). So seems to be working fine. You don't write there. You just press the keys you want to use. So when that pops up, press ALT + L and it should show in the top section. OK and it should be fixed.
