SWFlash0
Maxthon 2 used to have special strings that could be used as command line parameters for external tools: http://wiki.maxthon.com/index.php/External_Tools_-_Maxthon_2.x So if I wanted to, for example, send a YouTube url to YouTube-DL and it would download to my computerExecutable: c:\youtubedl\youtube-dl.exe Startup directory: c:\downloaded videos\ Arguments: $current_urlOr just open the same page in another browser, or do something else, that was useful. I hope you implement it for Maxthon 4 as well. Tip Give
ligoten
I would very much like to have this feature back too. Tip Give
BugSir007
Hi SWFlash0. Really sorry, $current_url is only supported in Maxthon2. Maxthon3/4 don't have this argument. Let me pass it to our product manager to see if it can be back. Tip Give
