    This only worked the first time I signed in for me. Once I signed out, the option no longer showed when resigning in despite having enabled Bright. (notice high lighted button and pin are not actually completely active

    Edit: Ah, I see it now on the task bar.

    I think you have misunderstood Jeff's comment. 

    I'm quite sure Jeff means that his initial intention of beginning to develop Maxthon (MyIE2) was simply to please himself in that it was only meant to be used by him. He was dissatisfied with browsers he was using at the time and thought he could build one to better suit his needs. In doing so he also built one that other people also enjoyed. How this could make you sad is beyond me (unless,of course, you misunderstood what he meant). :wink:

    Nothing to do with you resolution, more likely a skin issue

    Edit:  Facebook is the biggest culprit.

    Someone else on the forum described the exact same symptoms earlier this week. I answered that fan speed is not related to ram usage but rather CPU temp. It might be interesting to see what both your systems have in common.

    Or maybe golfmanns registry mod might fix it??? I'm not sure what his vid was suggesting.

     

    BTW, I was able to get both edge and M5 to using 1.5 gigs of ram but that's because I had 5 instances of each running at least one YT vid plus a few tabs of twitter and FB.

    All my processes are now directly in the app menu item, the total may be different but I think it is just how its being reported as it is all being reported directly in the app as opposed to separate items.

    Not sure what to make of the new Fluent design. While Metro had it's haters, and there was a huge number of people asking for Aero glass to return (i used to be one of them), the new look doesn't sit too well with me. I haven't seen it outside of the images shown, maybe in use it will look nicer. The animation that it brings will be nice though. W10 has been a little too static since many of the win8 animations were removed.

    I'm looking forward to using Fluent and can't wait to see what it looks like on a VR/AR headset. But judging by the shadows of the icons, apps will appear to float in your face(at least it looked like that to me). I think I'm actually a little excited about this new design :Smiling_Face_Emoji_with_Blushed_Cheeks_42x42:

    Problem with Outlook Mail hasn't been fixed in the new version either, b16193

    Known Issue:

    • Outlook 2016 may hang on launch due to an issue where the spam filter gets stuck reading the Outlook Data File and the UI waits indefinitely for it to return. We’re investigating.   

    I hadn't been expecting new features with Fall Creators Update, but they keep coming as evidenced by Remix and new volume controls(ala win7).
