    Addition: I also have Windows 7 Home Basic 32 bit, and the issue with mouse wheel always presents.

    After Maxthon start, the mouse wheel does not work in QuickAccess until you click with left mouse button into the main window. In PC 4.4 it works fine just after Maxthon start without any additional clicks.
