      Really strange issue. 😭

      I recommend you to disable the addons which installed from Maxthon extension center, clear the data then restart the browser.

      It seems caused by the error user data.

      Hi there,

      Press the keyboard "Win+R," run "%appdata%," find the folder "Maxthon5," rename the folder then restart the browser.

      Hi there,

      Try opening the browser menu (Alt+F)>Settings>Functions&Addons>Addons, disabling the extensions then having a try again, please.

      Do you mean you click on the white space of the page then all of the tabs closed automatically?

      It will be appreciated if you could provide a short video about the torrents and freeze issues.

      Could you let us know the information of your device, such as installed RAM and storage? Do you use Win7 or Win10?

      The Ukrainian sentences are longer than the English sentences, so we hope to find the Ukrainian users or translators to shorten the sentences of the installation interface.

      I tried many times but really cannot reproduce, it will be appreciated if you can provide the operating video.

      * Quick save (CTRL+click) time after time stops showing right bottom screen notification (foolish, user not sure that image saved)

      How many pictures did you save? I tried to save 10 pictures but haven't had this issue.

      * Torrent files (you know) incorrect loading

      Please provide a complete video to help us confirm this issue.

      * After MX crash remains several processes needed to kill in task manager; without it MX restarting takes LONG time or not restarts ever.

      Could you describe the steps caused the crash? If this issue only happens on some websites please send the URL to me.

      * Home page (any) about 2-3 min. refreshing (why?) while you log in account.

      Cannot confirm... Could you provide a video?

      * "new" download manager made work slower: previous version can run or d-load at once files like .mp3, .mp4, .pdf and, sure .torrent... Now I need useless confirm.

      If you are not convenient to provide the video or the download link to help us reproduce, we can take some time to have a remote via TeamViewer.

  21. Man! Only YOU can help it! Last version mess the torrent download AGAIN! Again I read that IT'S NOT VALID BENCODING FILE. Do something - kill developers or what! And better upload normal .dll like you did once!

    I have face with cloud data sync issue. last time on 2019-01-08 I have unistalled maxthon from my PC and also I have removed local data. but today on 2019-01-14 when I installed maxthon again some of my data like Favorites and Notes don't synced. I am not quite sure all of other data like Magic Fill and Quick Access are correct synced.

    Is it possible to revert my backup data to last session (2019-01-08)? and can I have access to my cloud data without logining to Maxthon app?
