    You can complain as much as you want, but if the OWNER doesn't want his art to be distributed, that is HIS decision, not YOURS. And you have no idea the reason for blocking someone, so stop "guessing".

    The author has the right to decide who he distributes his work to. Stealing and re-distributing artwork without the authors permission is plagiarizm.

    I've been using Maxthon for 10 years, am a Vice-Admin and was 6th to register with a VIP3 status and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY EMAIL. So as @ventage said, Patience, it is a virtue.
