  1. Today the data for the oldest 2 days is missing (reverting to 7 days of history), but the log files for today and yesterday are empty (0 bytes). I don't suppose they can be of any use like this?
  2. Since I updated to v. 6.1.2.2100, the history started to extend; now I have 8 days of history (over a period of 11 days total). Will keep checking to see if hits a limit again and will send you the log files when it happens.
  3. My history is also being deleted, keeping only the last 7 days (including the current day). Is there maybe an option that I am missing? I would prefer to keep the history for at least several months.
  4. I am missing suggestion for text fields; in previous versions when I wrote something in a text field it would always show me suggestions from what I wrote in the same text field on the same webpage in the past; now I don't have any suggestions at all.
  5. Now MX6 is totally usable for me, and I appreciate very much that our suggestions are implemented so quickly; it's very pleasant to feel this kind of responsiveness from the developer. There is one other thing that I am missing from MX5: when typing a search query in the address bar, in MX5 you get suggestions based on your personal history and most popular search queries (I think), while in MX6 only from personal history. Can we get the most popular search queries suggestions in MX6?
  6. Thanks! I scoured the settings and the menu, but never thought to look at that button, maybe because I never use it.
  7. If possible, I would appreciate a setting to choose the vertical alignment of pages that do not scale to the whole browser width. Most web pages are still in the 90's, with a width that only scales up to maximum 1280 pixels (usually less), so a big part of a modern screen stays unused. I would like to use that wasted screen for another window in some cases, and I know that I could just resize the browser window (I usually have it maximized), but that would be inconvenient for me as I would have to maximize it for some tabs that scale well and then restore for other cases; having a vertical alignment would make things much better optimized.
  8. It happened again after the last update; I disabled all extensions (including default ones like resource sniffer), and the error was still there, so it doesn't seem to be related to any extension.
  9. Will do so the next time I encounter the error and let you know.
  10. No, no proxy of VPN extensions installed. The only new extensions that I installed lately are FakeSpot and ReviewMeta.
  11. Also, I get many errors like this lately (starting with version 6.1.2.1400). I get them on websites that I never got them on before. This page isn’t working www.example.com redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
  12. Just realized there's another bug: when downloading a file and modifying the destination folder name manually, if the folder does not exist the file is sent to the default "Download" folder instead of creating the desired folder, as it does in MX5.
  13. Use CTRL+click to open in new background tab. Saving or downloading is basically the same thing; it's true that in MX5 images saved this way did not appear in the download list, but that's the only difference.
  14. I am still missing the status bar with IP and CPU and network usage indicators. Also, while the new download manager does offer the "Open" option, it still saves the file in the selected location instead of a temporary folder, which is undesired; I want files that I open directly (like for example installers or archives) to be saved to a temp folder that gets cleaned, not to clog up space on my storage drives.
  15. Yes, I know about this, but this is the standard cookie management that all browsers have. This new feature in Vivaldi is supposed to get you rid of pop-ups and notifications related to GDPR permissions.
  16. Also, something similar to Vivaldi's "Cookie Crumbler" would be very useful, something to set all those annoying GDPR permissions to a certain level and have no more pop-ups and pop-overs asking permission to plant tons of cookies on your device.
  17. Chrome has a nice feature called "Allow quieter notification prompts"; could it be implemented in MX6 too? Or can we get access to Chrome engine settings? Right now chrome://settings/content/notifications opens mx://settings instead.
  18. I have another suggestion: when the mouse is over the recent list (r-click on Restore button) to see the url of the page that the mouse is over in the lower left corner, just like for favorites. In MX5 we get a pop-up box with the url (so this could be an option too, but I think in the lower left corner, just as will all links, would be better), but in MX6 we can't see it at all.
  19. The issue seems to have been fixed in 6.1.2.1000.
  20. This works as you describe, but does not open a completely new tab ("+" button or ctrl+t) all the way to the right of all tabs, as it worked in MX5 and below (and also works in Chrome, Edge, etc.). Also, in this way the re-opened tabs are in reversed order.
  21. I have not been able to find a combination in which the new tab opens to the right of all tabs and a drag text or link tab opens to the right of current tab. They all open according to the "Create new tab" setting, and the checkboxes only influence whether the corresponding new tab is activated or opened in the background.
  22. It's true, but I want my new tabs to be next to the current tab, so this is not a good option for people that have the same preference. Actually, since we are talking about this, I would like the option as it used to be in older MX versions, and also in most other browsers: completely new tabs (like from pressing the "New Tab" button) to be all the way to the right, but links opened in a new tab (either by r-click - "open link in new tab", ctrl+click, shift+click and drag&drop) to open next to the current tab. This is the most intuitive way in my view.
  23. I confirm this problem with 6.1.2.905(64-bit)0428, but only after updating the browser (probably also any other way that involves opening from History). After update, if you open the same pages from History - Recently Closed, the tab that was active becomes the first and all the others follow in reverse order. When I just close the browser and open again, all the tabs are exactly as they were. As a workaround I had to re-install the last version to re-reverse the order (because I had 39 open tabs and moving them manually would have been a pain in the butt). This behavior did not exit prior to 6.1.2.900 (which I skipped, so can't say anything about).
  24. Can we get the "Properties" option when right-clicking on an image, as in MX5 and before?
